We roast every Monday and Tuesday. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive the beans while they are degassing and hitting their peak flavor window (usually 5-30 days post-roast).

Yes, our coffee bags are 100% recyclable LDPE (Code 4). Our shipping boxes and tape are made from recycled paper and are fully compostable.
