1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Urkunina (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the urkunina.be website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

2. Products and Purchases

All purchases through our Site or other transactions for the sale of goods or services formed through the Site or as a result of visits made by you are governed by these Terms.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on roasted coffee beans. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order, or if there was an error in shipping, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or a refund.

Merchandise and equipment may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Belgium. Urkunina and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Belgium shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
